Workshop Description: How to jump into the online marketplace and sell your art on the internet. Listing, marketing and selling your art product to the world. Learn the how-to’s of online sites like Etsy or your own website. Basics of understanding e-commerce and what a Paypal account and other e-commerce systems can do for your art business.
Students will learn:
- The basics of creating an online presence for selling your art product.
- Navigating and running an online marketplace site well.
- Discerning the best e-commerce site to list your product on.
- Understanding sites like Etsy or even your own website.
- E-commerce basics of selling via a Paypal account
- Basics on photographing, describing, pricing and shipping your product.
